- What is the sample time?
- Sample time is 4-6 days after the design is confirmed. Note that a mold fee applies for custom samples, and shipping costs are charged separately.
- What are the production and shipping times?
- Production takes 10-12 days after sample approval, depending on quantity. Transportation time is 3-7 days.
- What are the payment terms?
- We require a 30% deposit in advance. Payment can be made via L/C, T/T, or Western Union before delivery. Other terms can be negotiated.
