To expedite the speed of your order fulfillment amd maintain our production
Efficiency, please fill out the order form as follows:

1. Order number
Your company's short name with a reference number, for example, "SCO99001". (Please use capital letters)

2. Pin name
A recognizable name for the artical. ". (Please use capital letters)

3. Target delivery date
Please specify desired delivery date while taking the following production lead times into consideration:
A. Soft enamelling items: 15 to 20 days from the date that both order and the artwork are received
B. Hard / Synthetic enamelling items: 20to 25 days from receipt of order and artwork.
C. Printing items: 10 to 20 days from receipt of order and artwork.

4. Quantity
Ordered quantity. Due to unforeseen prodcuction defects, if the ordered quantity ois less than 2, 501 pieses, a 5% failure rate is possible. Please also understand the difficulties involved in re-producing small quantites to make up a deficiency.

5. Size: The actrual size of the article ( width x length x diagonal ). Our price is based on the width. Length or diagonal, whichever is the greatest.

6. Total colors:
Total number of colors in your design.

7. Process:
Tick your choice, for example, Copper stamped with soft enamel.

8. Back text:
If back text is requested, please indicate in this column. The mold for the back text will incur extra charge.

9. Packing:
Our standard packing is 1pc/ poly bag, 250pcs/ large ppoly bag. Other packing available on request subject to addtional charge.
